Standard delivery takes 2 - 8 business days (metro areas are usually faster). Express shipping (1 - 3 business days) is also available at checkout if you need it sooner. We'll send you tracking details for you to track your order once we ship it! Please note: Delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods, holidays or due to courier delays outside of our control.

Yes. We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused and in original packaging with all components still inside the box (packaging box remains unopened and undamaged). Once your return is received and inspected by us, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (less any shipping costs). Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible, including return shipping where required.

The head clamps on our systems are designed to accommodate enteral syringes that are 20mL or larger. Most of our customers use the standard 60mL syringes for their feeds with ease.

Yes - absolutely! Our systems are designed to work with a variety of surfaces, so you can feed your little one wherever works best for you. 💛 The Aums Arm (our most popular) With a screw-cone base clamp, the Aums Arm works on almost all surfaces but is perfect for flat, horizontal surfaces like tables, benches, trays and shelves - it can anchor securely to anything up to 8cm thick. 💛 The Crocodile Clamp With a more traditional squeeze to open/close clamp, the Crocodile Clamp is ideal for softer or vertical surfaces like pram canopies or the back of a chair. It grips gently but firmly, making it great for on-the-go or unconventional setups. 💛 The Mini Mount With a suction base clamp, the Mini Mount is specially designed for smooth surfaces like glass - think windows or glass doors - making it a great option for travel or creative feeding spots at home. So yes, no matter where you are - at home, in the car, at grandma’s house or on a coffee run - we've got you covered for hands-free feeds!

Yes - when used as intended by a parent or carer, our systems are designed with safety in mind. While they're not a toy and should always be kept out of reach when not in use, we’ve included thoughtful features to help make feeding time safer and easier: ✨ Grip pads on the clamps help keep the arm securely anchored and the syringe firmly in place, reducing the risk of slipping. ✨ The tube clip keeps the feeding tube tucked safely away from curious little hands. ✨ All materials are non-toxic and baby-safe, designed with daily use in mind. As with all feeding equipment, children should not be left unsupervised during use. Rest assured, our systems were designed by parents, for parents, with real-life safety needs as the highest priority.
